Manage students, grades, fees, attendance, and parents for Nursery through A-Level from a single dashboard built specifically for Uganda's curriculum and schools.
Pearl Schools combines everything a Ugandan school needs — from student enrolment and grade reports to fee collection, attendance, and parent communication — in one integrated system.
Not a generic system adapted for Uganda — designed from the ground up for Ugandan schools, regulations, and assessment frameworks.

Built around Uganda's national curriculum, UNEB grading and local payroll rules, so schools do not have to adapt a foreign system.
Pearl Schools' complete feature set covers every aspect of school management, ensuring you have the tools to succeed. Below is a glimpse of what our platform offers, inspired by our intuitive admin dashboard.

Yes. Every school’s records are isolated from every other school’s. Staff only see their own school and parents only see their own children. Passwords are stored hashed, repeated failed sign-ins are blocked, and uploaded files are private.
The school creates a parent login from the Parents page and hands over a temporary password, which the parent can change. Parents then see attendance, conduct, report cards, daily progress and lessons for their own children.
Student, parent and staff lists can be imported from CSV files. There is a template to download, and every row is checked before anything is saved.
Messages are sent through Africa’s Talking (SMS and WhatsApp) and Brevo (email) once your school is set up. You choose who receives each message, and automatic absence alerts are optional.
Yes. AI drafts practice questions and answers learners’ questions in Learn, but teachers review every drafted question before it is saved, and a school can run the system without using any AI features.
